  • We aim to meet the delivery date and time schedule as provided by the user in the order form. However, any delayed or early delivery for any reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or compensation. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically mentioned in the product description.
  • We take due care at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address provided in the order form but disclaim any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation.

  • Normally, an order once placed cannot be canceled by the buyer. However, in rare cases where we accept a cancellation request from the customer, they will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges and exchange rate fluctuations.
  • We require personal details only to provide you with the services we offer. We use your address to deliver your order and may use your phone number to resolve queries while shopping. We notify you about updates and promotional schemes through SMS, calls, or emails to your registered contact information provided during registration.
