We offer exciting personal coupons to our customers periodically. These coupons can be used only for online orders placed through our website and cannot be redeemed at our retail outlets. Below are the terms and conditions for using personal coupons.

Terms and Conditions

  • Currency Usage: Coupons must be applied with the currency set to INR. After applying the coupon, you may change the currency to your preferred one.
  • Applicability: Coupons are applicable only on the product amount, not on stitching or shipping charges. Coupons cannot be applied to already discounted products.
  • Single Coupon Use: Only one coupon can be used per order unless a special promotion allows otherwise.
  • Coupon Accumulation: If you have multiple coupons, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons and point cards cannot be used together in the same order.
  • Validity: Each coupon is valid for a specified period. Unused coupons will automatically expire after this period. Coupons used within the expiry date will also auto-expire and cannot be reused.
  • Special Occasions: Coupons issued for special occasions via registered email will be applicable only if the order is placed by the customer to whom the coupon was issued.
  • Quantity Limitations: We reserve the right to limit individual coupon quantities to ensure product availability for all customers.
  • No Cash Value: Coupons do not have any cash value.

What is Cashback?
Cashback is online store credit that can be used for future purchases. Cashback is credited when we cannot fulfill your order or if a product is returned.

How to Redeem Cashback
Your accumulated cashback amount will be shown in your cart on the payment page, and you can redeem it at your convenience.
