Refunds for customized or altered items are only eligible for store credit. Cash refunds are not available for these products. If you receive your item and are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to request store credit. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Dispatch Confirmation Email

For alteration requirements, our professional tailors will take measurements via video call. As these measurements are virtual, minor alterations required after receiving your order need to be done on your end. Before dispatching your order, we will upload product images with all details in your “My Account” section under video shopping orders. After sending the dispatch email, if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, we will ship your order.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind after ordering?

A: Yes, you can cancel all non-ready-to-ship products within 24 hours of placing an order. You can cancel your order through the website in the “My Account” section or by sending an email to [email protected] for website orders and [email protected] for video shopping orders.

Note: After 24 hours, cancellation for non-ready-to-ship products is not available.

We will initiate a 100% refund and send a confirmation via email. If you want to replace your order with other products/categories, please contact our support team via email. Ready-to-ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they enter the fulfillment process immediately upon order receipt.

Q: Why is there a “24 Hour” deadline for cancellations?

A: Once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin the process of picking, packaging, customizing, and logistics, meaning your product has already entered various stages of fulfillment.

Q: What if I cancel after 24 hours of ordering?

A: Orders canceled after 24 hours are handled on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Care team, depending on the degree of process completion. Refunds for such orders are issued as store credit, which is redeemable on our website within 90 days. After 90 days, the store credit expires.

Please note, it takes up to 2 working days to process a cancellation request. You will be notified via email once your order is canceled.
