We then hand over your order to our trusted logistic partner, who strives to deliver your items as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach you at your specified address or time, they will attempt to contact you to arrange a solution.
Please be aware that all items in your order, including any complimentary gifts, will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout, accompanied by an invoice. While we aim to ship all your items together, there may be instances where this is not possible.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or replacement request. During this period, you can thoroughly inspect the product, and if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can choose to either return it or request a replacement.
